Private Debt Financing is through private Lenders for special circumstance. This form of loan can be ideal for bridge financing needs and can play an important role in many structures. Loans are available for almost any type of asset backed project. Loans sizes range from $250,000 to $10 million. Terms 6  to 60 months. Interest rates are dependent on the risk analysis of each project.​
